In addition to being admitted in the State of New York, I am
admitted before the United States District Courts in the Eastern and
Southern District of New York, US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit,
and the United States Supreme Court.
I am well known for my trial skills as
well as my handling of
cutting edge issues of first impression, and complex, multi-faceted
litigation. Additionally, many of my cases have led to landmark
decisions enhancing litigants' rights.
I lecture for continuing legal education seminars, various real estate
organizations, and have been qualified by the Federal and State courts as an expert on landlord/tenant issues.
I have served as Chairperson of the Kings County Housing Court Bar
Association
Appeals Committee for the past few years. Additionally, I am counsel for the
Northeast 9/11 Memorial Ride.
