While having litigated holdover and non-primary residence cases which fell within the ambit of the Loft Law for several years prior to joining Wenig Saltiel LLP., Hattie Ragone has extensive experience representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in personal injury cases as well. That experience has extended to her successfully litigating estates and trusts and elder law cases. She enjoys the respect of colleagues and Judges in Richmond, Kings and New York Counties. Hattie serves as a Guardian Ad Litem in housing cases, as well as volunteering her time to Project Hospitality and various moot court competitions . She holds a masters degree in Speech Pathology from Columbia University and advanced administrative certifications for the New York City Board of Education.
