Ira Greene currently serves the court as both an Article 81 Guardian and Court Evaluator for those who may not be capable of handling their own affairs and has served as a court-appointed fiduciary in over 400 Estate and Guardianship proceedings.
Having served as a JAG Officer, Mr. Greene played a significant role in the formation of the U.S. Army's Military Law Instruction Modules on Estate Practice, and serves on the Military Law Committee of the Brooklyn Bar Association. He has been a sought-after lecturer for continuing legal education courses to legal officers on Landlord / Tenant Law and the rights of servicemen. Mr. Greene has been a correspondent for KEIEJUKU, Japan's leading business magazine, and has published numerous articles on a multitude of business and legal issues.
