In addition to his talents as a trial attorney, Jeffrey Saltiel has served as a Guardian Ad Litem in over 100 proceedings before the Housing Court and Supreme Court on behalf of individuals who were unable to represent themselves.  He regularly donates his time to serve as a Small Claims Arbitrator and in 2005
was honored by the New York City Civil Court as Arbitrator of the Year.

Having served as Vice President of the Kings County Housing Court Bar Association since 2002, he has often been called to testify as an expert in Housing Court proceedings. Jeffrey is a sought-after lecturer, and has taught several continuing education courses for attorneys and real estate agents.

When he is not practicing law, he volunteers with various chapters of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity
and chairs the Legal Committee of Congregation B'nai Jeshurun.
