Meryl Wenig has been qualified by the Federal and State Courts as an expert on LandLord / Tenant issues and is well known for her trial skills, her handling of cutting edge cases of first impression and complex, multifaceted litigation.   She has successfully brought numerous Article 78 proceedings to prevent judicial legislation from the bench and enforce statutory rights.  Many of these cases have led to landmark decisions enhancing litigants' rights.

Having served as Chairperson of the Kings County Housing Court Bar Association Appeals Committee for the past several years, she is a sought-after lecturer for continuing legal education seminars as well as various real estate organizations.

Meryl also has the distinction of serving as counsel for Rolling Thunder NY Chapter 1.
