Recently, he secured a favorable decision of interest published in the New York Law Journal, Saba Realty partners LLC, v International Gold Star Inc., 68030.2010, NYLJ 1202470923226, at *1 (Civ., KI, Decided August 12, 2010), whereby Respondents motion to dismiss was granted on the basis that Petitioner's non-payment proceeding was fatally defective as it improperly sought “use and occupancy” and maintained no basis for the Petitioner to prove that such use and occupancy was the product of an “implied rental agreement” pursuant to the lease.Over the span of his legal career, Mr. Loffredo has dealt with issues in the fields Workers Compensation Law, Landlord Tenant Law, Real Estate Transaction Law as well as Bankruptcy and Contract Law.
Mr. Loffredo is also active in the legal community as a member of the New York State Bar Association, The New York City Bar Association, The Brooklyn Bar Association, as well as the Bay Ridge Lawyers Association.
